Summer holidays in the Kronplatz region can be as diverse as the landscape itself. Whether you’re more bon vivant or thrill seeker, you will get your money’s worth at our hotel. Several walking routes and hiking trails start right on our doorstep and meander through the forests not far from our hotel to the rugged, mountainous terrain of the Dolomites and the Alpine main ridge.
Even in the warm summer months, temperatures are pleasant and fresh at this altitude. A dip in our own hotel pool will cool you down, or in one of nature’s own bathing ponds or one of the many crystal-clear mountain lakes. Instead of walking, it’s easy to cycle to the attractions you want to visit, whether that’s on a push bike, a mountain bike or even an e-bike. There are tours for everyone in the summer holidays in the Kronplatz region. As well as these “classic” activities, other summer sports attract holiday-makers from near and far.
You can play golf or go horse riding in the neighbouring town of Reischach; for adrenaline-seekers there is a brilliant adventure park on the opposite side of the valley with climbing walls; and the region’s rivers are perfect for rafting and canyoning. If you are still looking for more thrills and you like heights, soar over the breathtaking landscape with the other paragliders and hang-gliders.
