It might taste good, but it should be good for your body too! In our half board 3-star hotel in the Kronplatz region, regional cooking with high-quality, fresh and mainly local produce is important to us. We prefer to use fine herbs that were harvested in the hotel’s own garden in the summer as seasoning. Rosmarie personally sees to the quality of the cooking and produce and even gets involved in the cooking herself when the head chef is off.
And she wouldn’t imagine serving breakfast without fresh ingredients! They believe in indulging guests at the start of their day so they have enough energy for all their adventures. The breakfast buffet has all kinds of produce, mainly from the region: various breads and sweet pastries; milk, muesli, yoghurt and butter from the Alpine dairy farm; jam, honey, fresh fruit and vegetables; and cold meats, cheese platters and eggs. We always offer a selection of high-quality teas at the tea counter and of course we serve you your coffee of choice with breakfast.
In the evenings, enjoy our South Tyrolean Alpine/Mediterranean cooking with a hearty 5-course menu and colourful salad buffet. Once a week, our half board 3-star hotel in the Kronplatz region hosts a themed night.

Our team of chefs is absolutely convinced that gluten-free, lactose-free, meat-free and fish-free dishes can be just as creative and enjoyable! We know from experience how important it is to address the specific needs of all our customers. Every intolerance is considered individually here. So, where possible, we ensure that every dish can be made gluten-free or lactose-free and at the breakfast buffet we provide a lactose- or gluten-free alternative for every product, as well as different types of milk.
