You’ll be a guest among friends with the Kammerer-Grünbacher family
Rosmarie, Paul and Johannes – your hosts at Lindnerhof
We are a family who welcomes our guests with heart and passion. With us, you’ll experience genuine hospitality, a warm family atmosphere, and personal attention – for a truly relaxing and unforgettable holiday.
Rosmarie
Rosmarie knows Lindnerhof like no one else. From a young age, she helped in her parents’ small guesthouse, and over the years she transformed it with passion and dedication into the hotel you know today.
Now she is your main contact at the reception, making sure guests feel completely at ease, taking care of every detail, and ensuring that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable – so your holiday at Lindnerhof becomes a truly memorable experience.
Paul
Paul is always by Rosmarie’s side, ensuring that everything at Lindnerhof runs smoothly. He takes care of the garden and outdoor pool, handles the shopping, and in the evenings supports the kitchen with meal preparation – making sure everything is perfect for our guests.
A passionate sports enthusiast, Paul is an insider for cycling, skiing, paragliding, and hang gliding and loves sharing tips for activities and excursions. Motorcycle fans are also warmly welcome – Paul looks forward to hosting fellow riders at the hotel.
Johannes
Johannes is the new face of Lindnerhof: young, energetic, and full of ideas to make every guest stay special. He grew up helping in the hotel and inherited his parents’ passion for hospitality.
Today, he leads the service, offers wine advice as a trained sommelier, and ensures every detail is taken care of. An avid sports enthusiast, Johannes knows the region firsthand: cycling, climbing, mountaineering, ski touring, or skiing – he’s happy to share the best routes and insider tips for adventure around Kronplatz.
The house once belonged to Rosmarie’s parents, who extended it into farmstay accommodation. Initially you could only hire a room, but they eventually listened to their guests’ wishes and began to offer half board. Rosmarie was only 14 when she began to help out in her parents’ business, which has grown increasingly over the years. The former farmstay became a small guesthouse in the 1970s, and an outdoor swimming pool was built.
In 2003, Rosmarie and her husband Paul took over her parents’ guesthouse and converted it the following year. They built eight large new rooms with en suites, which received the guests’ approval, as well as a new kitchen, dining room and entertainment room. Around two years later a new sauna area was built in the basement. The last big renovation was in 2013, when a new wing with ten rooms, a new dining room with a lounge, and a foyer were built. The little guesthouse is now a comfy 3-star family-run hotel in the Puster Valley with lots of amenities.
