In our half board 3-star hotel in the Kronplatz region, regional cooking with high-quality, fresh and mainly local produce is important to us. We prefer to use fine herbs that were harvested in the hotel’s own garden in the summer as seasoning. Rosmarie personally sees to the quality of the cooking and produce and even gets involved in the cooking herself when the head chef is off.
